Interview Release Agreement for The Creative Differences with Mark Stay podcast
For consideration of £1 that I acknowledge, I agree to participate as an interview subject, guest or other contributor to the podcast show Creative Differences with Mark Stay recorded as audio and/or video. The material that I furnish (the “Interview”) may be used by for various purposes by The Creative Differences Podcast (“The Podcast Show”) and Mark Stay. I agree as follows:
Grant: I grant to the Podcast Show, licensees, and successors, the exclusive worldwide right in perpetuity to use, publish (including a book of the show), stream, sell, promote, license, distribute, and create derivative works from any audio or video of the Interview. To the extent that I have copyright in any portion of the Interview, I assign all copyright to the Company. I grant the right to use my image and name in connection with all uses of the Interview and waive the right to inspect or approve such uses.
Release: I release the Podcast Show, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the Interview including but not limited to, any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, or rights of publicity. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Podcast Show and that the Podcast Show is not obligated to utilize the rights granted in this Agreement.
Warranties: I represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights described above. The material I have furnished as part of my Interview does not infringe the trademarks or copyrights of any third parties, nor does it violate any trade secrecy agreements. In the event of any breach of the representations and warranties in this agreement, I will indemnify the Podcast Show, Company and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors.
I have read and understood this agreement and this Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
